What is the process for submitting a problem?

• Submit Traffic Issue Request Form online below or in person at City Hall, 150 Dexter Court, Elgin, IL 60120.
  
• Each issue will be reviewed by the appropriate city staff.
  
• Staff will follow-up once review is complete with next steps or recommended course of action.
