This shelter has electricity, water, and a grill. The picnic tables will seat up to 100 people. Restrooms are located on the backside of the baseball concession stand building. PARK HOURS ARE FROM DAWN TO DUSK. Sound permits are not given by the City. The City of Elgin sound ordinance must be followed. A copy of this ordinance is available upon request. After 6 hours of rental, there is a $10.00 additional hour fee. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR UNUSED RESERVATIONS.
