[ARCHIVED] Water Billing Issue Identified and Addressed

The city is aware of, and has addressed, an issue pertaining to the way online payments relating to the new Refuse Collection and Leaf Rake Out charges are being applied on monthly water bills with past due amounts. We ask for patience, as corrective measures have been taken but may take a billing cycle to filter through accounts.
