[ARCHIVED] Property Owners Can Learn About City Resources

The City of Elgin and the Elgin Community Network have partnered together to present a three-part informational series entitled Citizen Code Academy. The third and final presentation in the series, City Resources for Property Owners, will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17th at the Heritage Ballroom at the Centre of Elgin, 100 Symphony Way.

Citizens are invited to take part in an interactive discussion regarding resources available for property owners. The evening will begin with an overview of resources available for Elgin property owners including information provided on the City’s website. Specifics on property improvement grants administered by the City, Kane County and other area not-for-profit organizations will also be highlighted. Following the presentation, information tables will be available for residents to meet with grant administrators to learn more about individual programs and the application process.
