Elgin City offices are closed through Wednesday, Feb. 2 because of blizzard weather conditions.
City of Elgin Public Works crews are out in force. Emergency snow routes are activated and require that residents ensure all vehicles are off all emergency snow routes. Cars not removed from these roads will be towed.View full snow route listing.
Elgin's Police and Fire Departments are prepared to reach any resident requiring emergency police, fire or paramedic services.
