The City of Elgin Community Development Department and the Gail Borden Library will host the second public meeting regarding the National Street Station Area Plan. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 6:30pm at the Gail Borden Library, Conference Rooms A&B, 270 North Grove Avenue, Elgin, Illinois.
You are cordially invited to share your thoughts with the consulting team regarding the growth and development of the National Street Station Area Plan.
After several months and numerous meetings the consulting team is ready to present to you the two concept plans being proposed for the project. It is essential that we have your input. Staff will ultimately present only one plan to the City Council for final approval.
