The event will have a shotgun start at 8 a.m. and will conclude at the Highland’s Clubhouse. Participants may register on-line at City of Elgin's website. Under the Quick Links section Click on Parks and Recreation Online Registration Then Click on Activities/Adults & Seniors or stop in at the Centre, 100 Symphony Way to fill out a form. We are only taking 72 participants, so reserve your spot today!
