Secretary of State Jesse White, in cooperation with the City of Elgin Parks & Recreation Department, will offer a Rules of the Road review course from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3 at the Centre, 100 Symphony Way. The course is meant to help participants pass the Illinois driver’s license renewal examination. It will prepare applicants between the ages 55-99 for the general written and road examinations, and it will provide information on the vision screening.
