The City of Elgin Public Works department will host a model home themed with “green” information, where residents will be able to pick up tips about saving energy and improving the environment. As part of that effort, the city will be distributing free energy efficient light bulbs to Elgin residents.

West Point Gardens is a Traditional Neighborhood Design community, with spacious front porches, charming streetscape and private enclosed rear gardens. An attractive selection of single-family homes and townhomes is offered. Two series of single-family homes and townhomes feature enclosed back yards, while another collection of single-family homes includes open back yards.
