Please find a copy of the Elgin Cultural Arts Commission (CAC) grant and guidelines and application form for fiscal year 2008 in the online forms, boards and commissions/cultural arts commission.
As stated in the grant guidelines, the total amount of money available for CACA 2008 grants will not be known until the City Council approves the 2008 Fiscal Year Municipal Budget at the end of the 2007 calendar year.
