The Elgin Parks & Recreation Department will be holding a Scrapbooking for Kids Class for 10-13 year olds on Monday October 8 or Friday, November 9 . Classes will meet from 2:15 -3:15 p.m. and will be held at West Ridge Community Church located at 3300 Encounter Lane, Elgin. Children will learn how to mount photos, crate fun pages with stickers, and practice writing skills. Bring six photos (one theme and a pair of scissors and we’ll teach you how to display your precious memories in a fun and creative new way. Registration is done in advance through the Elgin Parks and Recreation Department located at 100 Symphony Way, Elgin. The resident fee is $15 per student/ $18 non-resident fee per student.
