Secretary of State Jesse White, in cooperation with the City of Elgin Parks & Recreation Department, will offer a Rules of the Road review course from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12 at the Centre, 100 Symphony Way. The course is meant to help participants pass the Illinois driver’s license renewal examination. It will prepare applicants for the general written and road examinations, and it will provide information on the vision screening.
