The Highlands of Elgin &Wing Park public golf course will open for the season Friday, March 25, 2005. Golf carts will be available, but food and beverage service will be limited. Please be aware that if the weather goes poorly, hours of operation or golf cart availability will be limited. Season passes are being sold at The Highlands clubhouse only.
The City of Elgin Parks and Recreation Department maintains and operates two public golf courses. Wing Park is a nine hole golf course located on the west side of Elgin on Wing Street. The Highlands of Elgin features 18 holes and is located in the southwest corner of the Elgin, just south of Lake Street, on the east side of South McLean Boulevard.
