About the project
The City of Elgin and its consultants partners are creating a plan for the North Grove Redevelopment Area. The plan will include a vision and plan for three sites located adjacent to the Fox River. The project aims to activate the riverfront, provide additional programmatic elements in downtown Elgin, improve quality of life, invigorate the public realm, and create additional opportunities for regional connectivity. The project is in the early stages of design and the project team is gather information to help guide the vision for development.
Meeting Details
Join the City of Elgin at the first Community Meeting for the North Grove Redevelopment Area. At this meeting, the project team will introduce the project, the planning process and will facilitate interactive stations that solicit input into the vision and program for each of the three sites.
