“It’s so great to get back to enjoying the arts live again,” said Assistant to the City Manager Amanda Harris. “Elgin has so many wonderful artists and arts organizations, and it’s exciting to be able to see so much at once in the beautifully renovated plaza.”

The event will conclude with a live concert in the Hemmens Cultural Center, sponsored by Chamber Music on the Fox, which will also be streamed to the plaza.
