Elgin, Illinois – Chicago Street, between Douglas and Villa. Entry points at the intersection of Spring and Highland, Douglas and Highland, S. Grove and Fulton and Spring and Fulton. Parking map and info is on the Nightmare on Chicago Street website. METRA can also drop you off at 109 E. Chicago Street where you can just ‘shamble’ up the street to the “Safe Zone”.
