As part of April's Child Abuse Prevention Month, join Elgin PD and the Elgin Junior Woman's Club for a pinwheel event at the police department. There will be activities for children, including crafts and games, an optional family walk, a guest speaker, K-9 demonstration and planting of the pinwheel garden. This is a free event and all are welcome.
