Based on considerations taken by citizens, LHS staff, and EPD Traffic Unit, the 2006 LHS Homecoming parade route has been altered to minimize traffic congestion. Motorists should expect delays along the route.
The EPD is requesting that residents along the parade route refrain from parking on those streets and suggests that those residing along the route, that made need to leave their residence during the parade time, to temporarily park their vehicles on neighboring streets. This should facilitate easier access.
