[ARCHIVED] Refuse Stickers required on yard waste bags

Refuse stickers required May 1

Please place loose yard waste in biodegradable paper yard waste bags (maximum 45 pounds). Tie brush into bundles for collection.

Stickers are not required for bundled brush. Tie brush into bundles with biodegradable twine or string in piles not exceeding five feet in length, two feet in diameter and 45 pounds. Branches thicker than 2 inches in diameter will not be collected.

When are stickers required?
Refuse stickers are required for each yard waste bag from May 1 through September 30.

When are stickers not required?
Stickers are not required on bagged yard waste during the entire month of April and October 1 – November 30.

In addition, if you downgraded to a 35-gallon gray trash container you can place out one additional refuse item or yard waste bag without a sticker (the standard size is 64 gallons).
