Join us for the Pinwheel Garden for Prevention of Child Abuse Kickoff Event on April 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m, located at the Elgin Police Department, 151 Douglas Ave., Elgin.
In partnership between the Elgin Police Department and the Elgin Junior Women's Club, this free family event includes refreshments, kids crafts, a K-9 demonstration, a greeting from Chief Swoboda and a presentation from speaker Gloria Bruce, Executive Director of CASA Kane County. Each participant will then have the opportunity to plant a pinwheel in the garden. The garden will be on display from April 11th through May 2nd.
