The Festival will open with the ever popular Elgin Symphony Orchestra outdoor concert on Friday evening 7:30 p.m. at the Wing Park Bandshell, located just west of Route 31 on Wing Street. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be moved to the Hemmens Cultural Center.

On Saturday, August 5 from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 6 from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., the Fine Arts Festival will offer non-stop free entertainment for the whole family. It will host the 47th AAUW Fine Art Show & Sale at the Civic Center Plaza and the Hemmens Cultural Center, located on Douglas Avenue in downtown Elgin. Sponsored by the City of Elgin, this is the 15th year and promises to grow in attendance. A wonderful variety of entertainment and activities are sure to attract families from the Greater Fox Valley region and Northwest Suburbs. Don’t forget the Survivor Concert is set for Saturday evening!
