[ARCHIVED] EPD is able to issue temporary disabled parking placards to qualifying residents

As a new service to Elgin residents only, EPD will be making available to its residents who qualify temporary disabled parking placards at no charge. All conditions of the program must be met before a placard is issued; the placard is good for 90 days. Physicians are required to complete the Medical Eligibility Standards and Medical Professional Certification section of the application. The placards are only issued on Wednesday's between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm unless an appointment has been scheduled.
