The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a nationwide program that was developed to offer education and training to citizens wishing to effectively respond to emergencies that occur in homes, schools and places of employment, neighborhoods or any disaster within a community. The next CERT training begins on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 and runs through Thursday, May 22, 2014. Classes are hosted on Tuesday's and Thursday's for three consecutive weeks.
