If you'd rather pick up a copy of our brochure the locations are listed on the Resources and Information page.

Park Activities
If you enjoy outdoor activities, visit one of our many parks that offer tennis, basketball, swimming, playgrounds, picnic shelters, and much more. To see where each park is located and what amenities are offered, go to Discover Elgin Parks.

Call our information hotline at 847-931-6140 for a recorded message regarding outdoor program cancellations. This hotline is updated daily.

Parks and Recreation Foundation
Incorporated in 2013, the Elgin Parks and Recreation Foundation is a not for profit organization whose mission is “to enhance the quality of life and strengthen the Elgin community by making recreation and cultural programs, parks and recreation facilities accessible to all of its residents.”
To accomplish this mission we know that we are going to have to partner with many different organizations and individuals who are passionate about our community and the people who live in it. To learn more about the Foundation, and how you can get involved, visit our website.
