Exterior Paint Program

·                     Open only to property owners who qualify under the low to moderate income standards

·                     Paint colors are subject to review

·                     Exterior Paint Program Application *Applications available November of each year*

Required Documentation

·                     Completed Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness: English | Spanish

·                     Two detailed cost estimates by licensed contractors, or if you plan to complete the project on your own, a cost estimate for materials to be used (Funding will be reimbursed only for material costs if you perform the work yourself)

·                     For projects involving extensive construction:

o               Drawings with dimensions and specifications of the proposed work

o               Material samples or specifications

o               Photographs (City staff can provide assistance)

The City provides a list of contractors for reference purposes only. It is not a requirement to use one of the listed contractors.
