Types of Identification
The forms of identification which may be used include, but are not limited to, the following:

Driver's License Library Card Social Security Card Insurance Card Employee ID Card Selective Service Card Student ID Card Civic Membership Card

Credit Card Fraternal Membership Card Union Membership Card Utility Bill Professional Association Membership Card Checkbook Letter that is postmarked within the last 30 days

Naturalized Citizens
It is beneficial to bring citizenship document since the date and place of naturalization is required on application.  If you recently moved to your current address and do not have any identification at that address, you may use a piece of mail postmarked within the last 30 days, such as a utility bill.
