  • The Gail Borden Library parking lot, located at the corner of Kimball and N. Grove Ave.
  • The new City of Elgin parking deck, located at the corner of Symphony Way and Douglas Ave.
    • To reach this lot, follow the appropriate directions, but proceed to Douglas Ave. (on stoplight east of N. Grove Ave.) and turn right. Turn right into the parking deck after crossing Symphony Way (the first stop sign).
  • The City of Elgin City Hall parking lot, located on Douglas Ave., approximately one block beyond the parking deck
