Nuisance Control
Overview

The Environmental Health Division is responsible for code enforcement related to sanitation and health concerns in commercial buildings. Its goal is to promote public health and safety, and minimize environmental hazards that may lead to illness in the community.

Nuisance control provides the public with an opportunity to address environmental concerns in the community and includes concerns regarding air pollution, noise pollution, water pollution, insect and rodent control, stagnant water, sewage, and excessive weed and grass growth within the City.

Complaint Forms
Complaint Forms are available if you would like to report a suspected code violation, nuisance, or unsanitary health condition.
