You may receive notification of all solicitations or just those in the lists that you select. It is the responsibility of all bidders to check the City of Elgin Bids Posting web page for any addenda to solicitations for which they intend to bid. Potential bidders are advised to check the "Addendum Date" field on the bid posting page of solicitations they intend to bid upon to ensure that they have the most recent solicitation files.
