Halloween Happenings
Do you think your kids have the best Halloween costume? Tthen bring them to Sherman Health and The City of Elgin Parks and Recreation’s Annual Family Fun Fair. The event will include Child Car Seat safety checks, a book sale, pediatric development screenings, safe toy booths, and Fun Fair games and prizes! Sherman Health will also be sponsoring a Costume Contest for children 12 and under from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
