Earth Day Celebration

Bring out the family for live music, kids activities, educational opportunities, earth-friendly crafts, seed planting, nature play and more! Celebrate our planet, help your children learn ways that they can help protect it, and discover a local gem (Hawthorne Hill Nature Center) that offers education programming and over a mile of outdoor trails to explore. Local bands will be playing live music for your entertainment. Children can enjoy some healthy snacks, face painting, a photo booth and more. This event is FREE and open to the public, thanks to the Elgin Sustainability Commission for its continued sponsorship.

This year's event will be held on April 27th. Stay tuned for further information.
