The city operates Wing Park Golf Course, The Highlands of Elgin Golf Course and Bowes Creek Country Club, attracting golfers from all over the country to play on the city’s award-winning courses. The Elgin Sports Complex, located just south of U.S. Route 20, offers ten softball ﬁelds, ten soccer ﬁelds, a BMX track, and two sand volleyball courts, regularly drawing thousands of visitors to Elgin.
